お世話になりました。

私事ではございますが、９月末をもって日向市キャリア教育支援センター長を辞任いたします。

着任からちょうど１年半。
その間に発信したブログ記事はおかげさまで２５０回を超えました。
日々の思いや気づきを綴ってまいりましたので、共感いただけるものもあれば、首をかしげるものもあったかもしれません。
それでも筆を置き、後任にバトンを渡すことができるのは、ひとえに読者の皆様のおかげです。心より感謝申し上げます。

実はこの連続投稿のエネルギーは、私自身の「焦燥感」から生まれたものでした。
先の見えにくい時代に、次代を担う子どもたちをどう育てていくかは、親だけでなく社会全体の責任である——その思いを、少しでも多くの方に伝えたいと願ってきました。

３０年後の主役は、目の前の１０歳の子どもたちです。
だからこそ、未来の主役を市民総出で育てたいと考え、「日向の大人はみな子どもたちの先生」運動を進めてまいりました。

幸いこの１年半で、よのなか教室の形をリニューアルし、学校の先生方の研修にも深く関わることができました。
ただ、この仕組みを維持・発展させるためには、これからさらに大人の覚悟と行動が求められると感じています。

本来であれば、直接お会いしてお礼を申し上げるべきところですが、まずは本ブログにてご挨拶と感謝の気持ちをお伝えいたします。
来月からは立場を変え、引き続きセンター活動を支えながら、子どもたちの未来づくりを応援してまいります。

今後とも変わらぬご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

A Message of Gratitude

At the end of September, I will be stepping down as Director of the Hyuga City Career Education Support Center.

 It has been a year and a half since I took on this role, during which I have shared more than 250 blog posts. Each post captured my thoughts and feelings at the time—some may have resonated with you, others perhaps left you puzzled. Either way, the fact that I can now pass the baton to my successor is thanks to you, my readers. I am deeply grateful for your support.

 To be honest, the energy behind these frequent posts came from a sense of urgency. In these uncertain times, I strongly feel that raising the next generation is not only the duty of parents but of society as a whole. That is what I have tried to express through my writing.

 Thirty years from now, today’s ten-year-olds will be leading our communities. That is why I believe we must all work together to nurture them, and why I have promoted the idea: “Every Adult in Hyuga Is a Teacher for Our Children.”

 Over the past year and a half, we have been able to renew the format of the “Yonanaka Classroom” and take on a greater role in teacher training. Of course, keeping this momentum going will require even stronger commitment from the adults in our community.

 If possible, I would thank each of you in person. But for now, please allow me to express my heartfelt gratitude here. Although my official role will change next month, I will continue to support the Center’s efforts and cheer on all who are working to create a brighter future for our children.

 Thank you once again for your understanding, encouragement, and cooperation.
